About

Hi! I’m a performing artist living in Italy.

Hailing from a hill in Connecticut, I grew up among many artists in a boisterous Italian-American family.

Later, I attended Hofstra University on Long Island and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Theatre Performance with minors in English and Journalism. I learned how to use my voice on stage, in class, and on-air at Marconi-award-winning radio station, 88.7 FM WRHU.

After graduation, I moved to Hamilton Heights, Manhattan. In addition to auditioning, I became a licensed New York City tour guide and a standardized patient. Medical acting has been an incredible challenge, and I now know more about the human body than I ever imagined!

When the pandemic came and rocked everyone’s worlds, I moved home to my hill in Connecticut to wait out the storm with my family. One month became two, became ten, which became almost two full years. I narrated audiobooks, performed when possible, and had the privilege of taking online classes with the Empowered Artist Collective, The Business of Broadway, and The V.O. Dojo.

Throughout all of this, I had been gathering family genealogy documents to apply for jure sanginis–Italian citizenship through descent. (If you have Italian ancestry, you more than likely qualify!) Which is what led me to Italy. While you can apply at your presiding consulate, moving to Italy was an opportunity I couldn’t pass by. Now, I’m here, writing, reading, continuing classes with The V.O. Dojo, and exploring every inch of this incredible country.

I’m also an experienced, all-around freelancer. I write about New York City and travel on The Purposely Lost, as well as professionally collaborate with brands on websites, social media campaigns, and blogs. Please feel free to send me a message if you need an experienced social media manager, photographer (you can see my landscapes all throughout the site,) voiceover artist, or content writer for your business.
